PROTECTION PRECISELY ACCORDING TO THE PRODUCT

At STEINBAUER, we produce and fabricate custom-made barrier bags for the protection of industrial components, machines and sensitive products during transport and long-term storage. From a simple flat bag to a large 3D bag, we produce solutions from a single piece up to serial deliveries.

PE, VCI AND ALUMINIUM BARRIER FOILS

We select the material and construction according to the required level of protection, the method of packing, the length of storage and the transport conditions. We fabricate and weld the bags precisely, and inspect and test them on request.

Yes. We adapt the dimensions, shape and method of closing to the specific product, crate, pallet or transport packaging.

Yes. We produce single-piece orders, prototypes as well as repeated and serial deliveries.

PE foil, VCI foil and aluminium barrier foil in the composition 12 µm PES + 12 µm ALU + 75 µm HDPE, and other special foils to order.

Yes. We fabricate flat as well as three-dimensional bags and covers in dimensions corresponding to the packed product.

Yes. Depending on the type of order, we check the quality of the welds, the dimensions and the finish of the packaging; for selected applications, a leak test can also be included.

Yes. Depending on the required protection system, desiccants, humidity indicators, VCI elements and other accessories can be used.

From the choice of material and the design of the dimensions through fabrication and welding to the inspection of the finished packaging. We handle the entire process in our own production plant.

2. Custom fabrication
We produce the bags according to the dimensions and geometry of the specific product. We realise simple flat packaging, three-dimensional 3D bags and large protective covers.

3. Welding and production
We precisely prepare the individual parts and weld them into the final shape. We choose the production procedure with regard to the material used, the size of the packaging and the required function.

4. Inspection and testing
We check the dimensions, finish and quality of the welds. According to the requirements of the project, the production inspection can be supplemented with leak testing or other agreed inspection procedures.

5. Anti-corrosion solution
The barrier bag can be part of a complete product protection system. Depending on the application, we combine it with desiccants, humidity indicators, VCI capsules or other protective elements.

6. Integration into the packaging
We supply barrier bags separately or as part of complete STEINBAUER packaging – for crates, Clipboxes, pallets and other transport packaging.
