At STEINBAUER, we design and manufacture corrugated packaging and cardboard boxes tailored to the specific product, the method of handling and transport. In addition to standard constructions, we also realise special packaging solutions in which we combine corrugated board with other materials and with a transport pallet designed precisely for the product.

FROM SAMPLE TO SERIAL PRODUCTION

Sampling is an important part of development. Before production starts, we can prepare a sample or prototype of the packaging and verify the dimensions, folding, positioning of the product and the method of handling. Once the solution is approved, we provide production in small, medium and larger series.

Yes. We adapt the construction to the dimensions, weight and sensitivity of the product, and to the method of packing, handling, storage and transport.

Yes. We also design non-standard and technical packaging for products where an ordinary cardboard box is not enough. The solution can be combined with fixation elements, foams, wooden parts or a transport pallet.

From the first design and sampling through the production of the cardboard box and supplementary elements to assembly with the transport pallet. The result is a packaging solution adapted to the product and the logistics process.

1. Design and development
We design the packaging according to the specific application. We take into account the dimensions and weight of the product, the required protection, the method of packing, stacking, storage and transport.

2. Sampling and prototypes
Before serial production, we can prepare a physical sample. We verify the assembly of the packaging, the positioning of the product, access during packing and the function of the individual structural elements. Based on the result, we adjust the design and prepare it for production.

3. Materials and combined solutions
Depending on the requirements of the project, we select suitable corrugated materials and combine them with other elements so that the packaging meets the requirements for protection, handling and packaging economics.

4. A pallet adapted to the product
For large-sized or heavier products, we design the cardboard packaging together with the transport pallet. We address the dimensions, load capacity, method of support and fixation according to the specific product and its logistics route.

5. Small as well as larger series
We adapt production to the required quantity. From the first samples and small orders through repeated series to higher production volumes. For serial projects, we place emphasis on stable workmanship, production efficiency and repeatability.

6. Assembly and delivery
Depending on the project, we supply individual packaging components or a complete ready-to-use solution. Cardboard boxes, pallets and fixation elements can form one coordinated transport system.
