Yes. We design the packaging according to the dimensions, weight, centre of gravity and sensitivity of the equipment, the method of handling and the transport route. The solution can be one-way or returnable.

We supply stand-alone transport pallets, complete crates, special transport structures and UHD cases. We adapt the scope of the solution to the product and the customer’s logistics process.

Yes. We provide structural development, material selection and the design of the load-bearing part, damping and internal fixations. Before serial production, we can prepare a prototype and verify the functionality of the solution.

Yes. We can take over the customer’s drawings and production documentation and ensure production according to the defined design. If needed, we follow up with our own design and production optimisation.

Depending on the application, we use shock absorbers, elastic elements and high-performance technical foams. We design foam inserts and fixation systems according to the geometry, weight and sensitive areas of the equipment.

We combine high-strength plywood, steel, aluminium, hardwood, plastics, rubber elements, shock absorbers and high-performance foams. We choose the material composition according to the required strength, weight, service life and operating environment.

Yes. For new projects, we can produce a prototype to check the dimensions, handling, positioning of the equipment, fixation points and the overall function of the packaging. Once the solution is approved, we prepare the production version.

Yes. We transfer the verified design into repeatable serial production. We place emphasis on consistent workmanship, the precision of the individual parts and the reproducibility of the internal fixations.

Ideally, the dimensions, weight, position of the centre of gravity, 3D data or a drawing of the equipment, the required method of handling and information about transport. If the customer has completed packaging documentation, we can manufacture directly according to it.

Depending on the structure and the operating environment, we use suitable anti-corrosion systems, including hot-dip galvanising of steel parts. We select the surface treatment with regard to service life and operating conditions.

Yes. We deliver finished pallets, crates and UHD cases to our customers with our own fleet of trucks or through proven logistics partners.

For repeated transport cycles, we design robust returnable structures with an emphasis on service life, fast packing and easy handling. Depending on the application, we use replaceable fixation and damping elements.

For returnable projects, we also take into account serviceability, the storage of empty packaging and the way it moves between individual sites.

We optimise the structure to protect the equipment while supporting the customer’s efficient logistics process.
